Homemade Nachos!















I used the leftover taco meat to make some nachos with more avacado. Accompanied by my all time favorite pumpkin beer, Elysian Brewing's Night Owl Pumpkin Ale.

Homemade Tostadas!




















I put the tostada shells in the oven with cheese until it melted, then refried beans and ground turkey taco meat, scallions, sour cream, and avacados!
