I used the leftover taco meat to make some nachos with more avacado. Accompanied by my all time favorite pumpkin beer, Elysian Brewing's Night Owl Pumpkin Ale.

Homemade Tostadas!
I put the tostada shells in the oven with cheese until it melted, then refried beans and ground turkey taco meat, scallions, sour cream, and avacados!

Grilled AAA ribeye steak & chimichurri. Charred tomato & chorizo fingerling potatoes, baby arugula & watercress.

A delicious glass of scotch at Brouwer's Cafe in the Freemont neighborhood in Seattle. It's sitting on their liquor menu which is a wonderful leather bound book.
